Garage Management System Odoo Apps
This odoo application adds Garage Management feature into the odoo. If you are running a Garage then you can manage your customers and their job cards using this application. Customer can make repair request from website and user can create job card of that customer from that request. Create vehicle diagnosis. If required, user can purchase product from vendor in vehicle diagnosis and Create work order of customer job card. All works can be seen by the timesheets. Create sale from vehicle diagnosis and this sale order is also linked with job card. Sale order will become based on the service charge and product who need to be repaired in vehicle and Email will be sent to the customer with attachment of report when job card is done. Also send rating email to customer when the job card is done. Configure Services , Service types , Inspection , Vehicles Model and Vehicle parts. Also sent email to customer for renewal service of their's vehicle. Separate menu to see vehicle diagnosis and vehicle work orders. Various kinds of reports are provided for better understanding.

Cron :
- Add cron for giving mail or notification to customer for renewal service , It will goes based on request date of job card.
- Configure renewal notification interval from settings.
- Add Customer Portal So customer can see their job cards by logging into the portal.

Fill the details and click on submit
Customer Request visible in lead menu
Lead converted into Opportunity
You can see vehicle information and then click on Create Job Order button
Job Card is linked

Select template and Load Inspection
Fill all details and click on process
Click on create diagnosis
If service charge is not added then this warning will be come
Add Service Charge product from here
Vehicle Diagnosis is linked
Add Repair Estimation Products Into Vehicle Diagnosis if required
If Product is not available then create RFQ to purchase product
Click on create RFQ button
Here we created two RFQ for purchase battery and oil from different vendor
Now create work order from job card
Work Order is linked
Add timesheet in workorder
Timesheet automatically added into job card
Consume parts from vehicle diagnosis automatically added into job card
Create sale from vehicle diagnosis
Sale Order is created
Sale linked with vehicle diagnosis
Sale linked with job card

If vehicle is repaired then check the repair vehicle and click on done button
Email goes to the customer when job card is done

Configure renewal notification interval from here
An email will be sent to customers whose service time exceeds four months, based on the interval of months set here and the request date of the job card.
