Garage Management System Odoo Apps
Garage Management System in Odoo provides a complete solution for managing your garage
operations smoothly. Customers can easily request repairs or services through the portal, which
are automatically added to the system as leads and then converted into opportunities. The app
allows you to configure services, service types, repair teams, vehicle models, inspections, and
parts.
It offers dedicated menus to manage job cards, vehicle diagnoses, and work orders. If parts are
unavailable, users can generate RFQs (Requests for Quotations) and create sales orders based on
the required repairs. Once a job is completed, the system automatically sends a detailed report
to the customer, along with a feedback request. You can also set up reminders for future vehicle
services, with configurable notification intervals. Additionally, the customer portal allows
users to view their job card status. The app includes various reporting options, such as
printing job cards, inspection checklists, and product sale histories in PDF format for easy
record-keeping and customer communication.

Cron :
- Add cron for giving mail or notification to customer for renewal service , It will goes based on request date of job card.
- Configure renewal notification interval from settings.
- Add Customer Portal So customer can see their job cards by logging into the portal.

Fill all details and click on process

If service charge is not added then this warning will be come

Add Repair Estimation Products Into Vehicle Diagnosis if required
If Product is not available then create RFQ to purchase product
Click on create RFQ button
Here we created two RFQ for purchase battery and oil from different vendor
Now create work order from job card
Work Order is linked
Add timesheet in workorder
Timesheet automatically added into job card
Consume parts from vehicle diagnosis automatically added into job card
Create sale from vehicle diagnosis
Sale Order is created
Sale linked with vehicle diagnosis

If vehicle is repaired then check the repair vehicle and click on done button
Email goes to the customer when job card is done

Configure renewal notification interval from here
An email will be sent to customers whose service time exceeds four months, based on the interval of months set here and the request date of the job card.
