Overview
This module helps you to set limit on customer invoices and vendor bills, it restricts users from posting invoices/bills if total amount exceeds pre-defined limits
Feature
Set limit on Invoices/Bills, So Authenticated User must have to confirm Invoice/Bill if it exceed the Pre-Defined Limit Specify Invoice and Vendor Bill limit separately If invoice/bill amount exceeds pre-defined limit then it will send confirmation emails to the authenticated users and invoice/bill will go into 'To Approve' state Then only authenticated users can post invoices/billsHow It Works
Set pre-defined limits
Post Invoice
Invoice total Exceeds pre-defined limit
Invoice goes into 'To Approve' state
Approval Email sent to all authenticated users
Authenticated User must have 'Invoice Double Approval' right
Authenticated User validates invoice
Finally invoice is Posted
