1) Invoice Selection:
This screenshot shows the initial interface where users can select draft or open invoices for payment. It highlights the option to choose the "Multiple Register Payment" feature, making it easy to initiate the bulk payment process.
Navigation : Invoicing ➡ Action ➡ Multi Register Payment
2) Payment Wizard:
The second screenshot displays the payment wizard that automatically populates the selected invoices. Users can enter individual payment amounts, select payment journals, and set payment dates, all in a user-friendly layout.
3) Payment Validation and Registration:
Once the payment is validated, it is automatically registered and visible in the system, displaying all relevant details such as payment amount, date, and status for easy tracking and confirmation.
