Multiwebsite management for Helpdesk Ticket

This module allows you to obtain a URL for portal access to the ticket, using the domain of the website specified on the team as URL domain.

Configuration

To use this module, you have to do this configuration on Helpdesk Team:

  • Create (or edit) an helpdesk team, selecting a website in the “Website” field

Usage

Once installed, do the following: * Create a new ticket, ensuring that the team is valued

  • After creation, you have a complete URL for portal access to the ticket. The url will have the domain taken from the website linked to the team as the domain. The field is hidden (as is the case, for example, with the standard access_url field, but it can be used, for example, in mail templates as a “View the ticket” button link. In this screenshot, for demonstration purposes only, it has been placed in view.
