Subscription Settings Form
Configure subscription details with start date, end date, and subscription type. Choose from Trial Version, 1 Month, 3 Months, or 6 Months subscription plans for comprehensive client management.
30-Day Countdown Alert
Daily countdown alerts starting from 30 days before expiration (30, 29, 28, 27... and so on). These 5-second popup notifications appear whenever users log in or refresh their browser.
Tomorrow Expiry Warning
Critical warning when subscription expires tomorrow. This urgent 5-second popup alert ensures users are fully aware of the impending expiration.
Final Day - Expires Today
Final warning popup when the subscription expires today. This critical 5-second alert appears on login and browser refresh, ensuring no subscription lapses go unnoticed.
How Alert System Works
Smart Notification Timeline:
- Daily Countdown: Alerts appear from 30 days before expiry (30, 29, 28, 27... tomorrow, today)
- 5-Second Duration: Each popup notification displays for exactly 5 seconds
- Trigger Events: Alerts show up when users log in or refresh their browser
- Subscription Types: Works with Trial Version, 1 Month, 3 Months, and 6 Months plans
Configuration
The module is simple to configure:
- Go to Settings
- Look for "Subscription Details" menu
- Click on it to see the subscription details of that client
- Select subscription type: Trial Version, 1 Month, 3 Months, or 6 Months
- Set start and end dates for the subscription
- Use the renew button to reactivate users when subscriptions are updated
- Alerts will automatically start appearing 30 days before expiry
