Subscription Management Features
Subscription Settings Form
Configure subscription details with start date, end date, phone number for renewals, and subscription type. Choose from Trial Version, 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or Custom subscription plans for comprehensive client management. The Custom option allows you to define any subscription duration.
30-Day Countdown Alert with Contact
Daily countdown alerts now include a clickable "Contact No." link. Starting from 30 days before expiration, these 5-second popup notifications appear whenever users log in or refresh their browser. Click the phone number to instantly view and copy contact details for renewal.
Tomorrow Expiry Warning
Critical warning when subscription expires tomorrow, now featuring a clickable contact number. This urgent 5-second popup alert ensures users can immediately access renewal contact information.
Final Day - Expires Today
Final warning popup when the subscription expires today, including direct access to renewal contact details. This critical 5-second alert appears on login and browser refresh, ensuring no subscription lapses go unnoticed.
Phone Number Popup & Copy Feature
Click any phone number in the alert to open this elegant popup. View the full contact number in large, readable format and copy it instantly with the "Copy Number" button. The popup features a modern design with smooth animations and blur effects for a premium user experience.
How Alert System Works
Smart Notification Timeline with Contact Access:
- Daily Countdown: Alerts appear from 30 days before expiry, showing "To renew: Contact No." clickable link
- Instant Contact Popup: Click phone numbers to view full details in an attractive popup with copy functionality
- 5-Second Duration: Each popup notification displays for exactly 5 seconds
- Trigger Events: Alerts show up when users log in, refresh browser, or navigate between pages
- Flexible Plans: Works with Trial Version, 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, and Custom subscription plans
Configuration
The module is simple to configure:
- Go to Settings
- Look for "Subscription Details" menu
- Click on it to see the subscription details of that client
- Select subscription type: Trial Version, 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or Custom
- Set start and end dates for the subscription (Custom allows any duration)
- Enter renewal contact phone number (this will appear in alerts)
- Use the renew button to reactivate users when subscriptions are updated
- Alerts will automatically start appearing 30 days before expiry with contact information
