Product Warranty and Customer Claim Request Manage
Compatible with Odoo Community Edition
Allow you to manage product warranty registration and website claim request management and backend claim management.
Main Features:
- Allow your team to configure warranty on product form in Odoo.
- System will create warranty registration automatically when you confirm the Sales order and if the system found a warranty link with that product.
- System will set warranty registrations or warranty cards on contracts related to that sales order.
- Allow your customers to claim requests directly from your website portal.
- Allow your customers to view all warranty on the website my account portal.
- Management of claim or ticket in backend by support / claim management team.
- Print warranty cards and send them to your customer as shown.
- Also allow you to create warranty registration manually too.
- Complete management of claim requests.
