In saasmaster, from cloning wizard we can replicate the tenant.
In saasmaster, we can access change url from tenant database list menu, or we can change by accessing add domain from customer portal.
Access the tenant config file from destination path of tenant server,and update the config, after that restart the container.
Access the tenant environment, update the command in compose file with /usr/bin/odoo -d database_name -u module_name,restart the container.
By accessing the module upgraede option from saasmaster and select the tenant needed and load the modules, then select the module which you want to upgrade.

Commercial fraud
I bought this model and was scammed. All of the specifications mentioned in the product are false. I asked the company to refund the extra amount that I took, but they promised me that and now the phone is not answered. There are also problems. I will ask Odoo to intervene so that others do not fall into this trap.

It seems like unfortunately there was some confusion during the purchase the specifications you mention are load balancing and auto-scaling which is a service of AWS that will be setup & provided with the implementation of the Saaskit module. It Can not be a module inside Odoo since it is related to the hosting server itself. Hope this clears the confusion. Also, our team is in regular contact with all the multiple members of your team that are working to get this misunderstanding resolved.
