Yes. you can connect with unlimited server system and can launch tenants in different versions of odoo
You can import module by accessing the menu named import module for all tenant and saasmaster
You can configure domain from my instance option from portal user interface

We can access an export all from the action enu in invoice module.
In saasmaster, from cloning wizard we can replicate the tenant.
In saasmaster, we can access change url from tenant database list menu, or we can change by accessing add domain from customer portal.
Access the tenant config file from destination path of tenant server,and update the config, after that restart the container.
Access the tenant environment, update the command in compose file with /usr/bin/odoo -d database_name -u module_name,restart the container.
By accessing the module upgraede option from saasmaster and select the tenant needed and load the modules, then select the module which you want to upgrade.

1.Where it is written.? You can have custom apps installed.
Do you have a full guide documentation about installation and configuration of system requirements and the module configuration also ?
2. We do not provide installation guide. We provide only video that shows how to use system.

3. It is installation fees based on different architecture customer go with.

Understanding your query I assume you are talking about the multi server docker deployment. In this case you may have servers any where but that need to be accessible form the SaaS master server. All servers need to have good network connections. As a suggestion you may deploy SaaS master database on the AWS and nodes can be on native hardware. Alternatively you may go ahead with AWS hosting with DB load balancing.

Some questions,
1-) Can clients upgrade their package later? If it can upgrade, are new add-ons installed automatically?
2-) Is letsencrypt certificate automation available for client subdomain?
3-) Can we restrict customers from installing new addons?
4-) Can we select customers version ? for eg: V15 community or V15 enterprise
How is the license management for enterprise clients? For example, you are selling a 3 user crm and a few other applications. How is it managed?

your app seems interesting to me. I just wonder if it's possible to use it for a multicompany setup in odoo enterprise. The use case is the following:
Our company is a cooperative. When a member decides to try/buy odoo they should be added as a new company in the cooperatives multicompany environment. I have the following questions:
Is it possible to realize this with your app?
If not, do you see an option for an adjustment of the code to do so?
Will the data be processed in the same database as the cooperative or will each member have it's own database?

No, the mentioned functionality does not exist in our App.

Currently since our tenants create new individual databases we cannot create new companies for the newly created tenants.
Will the data be processed in the same database as the cooperative or will each member have its own database?
Yes, each tenant instance has its own independent database.
