Konseptual Rapel
Deskripsi dan Contoh Penerapan
- Rapel di berlakukan apabila terdapat pegawai baru dengan joining date setelah cutoff Bulan lalu.
- sebagai contoh, Pegawai A join pada tanggal 25 Januari 2021, sedangkan Cutoff Penggajian Diberlakukan tanggal 20 setiap bulan nya. sehingga pada perhitungan gaji mulai dari 25 Januari 2021 s/d 31 Januari 2021 dimasukkan kedalam komponen Penggajian Rapel di bulan Februari
- maka, pada bulan Februari 2021 Pegawai A akan mendapatkan full Gaji Bulan Februari 2021 dan tambahan rapel bulan sebelumnya (Rapel 25 Januari 2021 - 31 Januari 2021).
Perhitungan Rapel yan di propor (Prorate)
Perhitungan Jumlah Hari Kerja
- Jumlah Hari Kerja propor dihitung dari Hari Worksday, misalnya Senin - Jumat (bergantung pada settingan employee working hours)
- Apabila terdapat public Holiday, maka secara otomatis hari libur tersebut tidak dihitung.

- Setting Cutoff pada menu Payroll >> Configuration >> Settings, isikan kolom tanggal dengan tanggal batas cutoff
- Pada Employee data, di tab HR Setting terdapat Field isian Joing date dan Resign date
- Menambahkan Python Code pada salary Rule Rapel

Contoh Kasus: contoh Pegawai A dengan Nama Lisa Manohara, join pada tanggal 25 Januari 2021, karena Cutoff Perusahaan di set di tanggal 20
maka rapel Penggajian dimulai dari tanggal 25 Janauri - 31 Januari (hanya menghitung hari kerja) [5 hari].
5 hari / 21 * Gaji pokok.
