Van Sales Management
This module allows to set the delivery route locations. Hence, the customers in the specific route can be viewed for each location. The module also generate pdf or excel reports for the selected routes. It will display the locations in that route along with customer details. One can also generate sales with the customer location to get the invoice.

Adding Customer Route Locations on Sales Order, Delivery and Invoices
The route locations will be auto populated on Sales Order ,Deliveries and Invoices.

Generate Routewise Sales Reports like:
Routewise Sales and Collection Report.Routewise Salesman Collection Report.Routewise Receivable’s Monthly Outstanding Report.Routewise Outstanding Receivable Report.
Creating Delivery Routes
Go to Delivery Routes menu to create new route. You can give a name for the route and set locations in that route.
Assigning Location to Customers
Create new customers and define the route location.
Click on a location to see customers in that location.
Customer Route Location in Sales Order, Picking and Invoice
While selecting a customer the preferred location will be autofilled in the location field.
Once the order is confirmed the preferred location will be reflected on the respective pickings and invoice.
Routewise Sales and Collection Report
Go to Sales --> Reporting --> Routewise Sales and collection report.Here, we can able to generate report based on the route location and salesperson then you will get both pdf and excel report.
Routewise Salesman wise Collection Report
Go to Sales --> Reporting --> Routewise Salesman collection report Here, we can able to generate report based on the route location and salesperson then you will get both pdf and excel report.
Routewise Receivable’s Monthly Outstanding Report
Go to Sales --> Reporting --> Routewise Receivable’s Monthly Outstanding Report Here, we can able to generate report based on the route location and salesperson then you will get both pdf and excel report.
Routewise Outstanding Receivable Report
Go to Sales --> Reporting --> Routewise Outstanding Receivable’s Report Here, we can able to generate report based on the route location and salesperson then you will get both pdf and excel report.
