This module allows you to manage incident reports as shown in below screenshots.

Main Features:

  • Guest / Public / Website Portal Users (We will call them reporters here) can go to your website and create an incident report and submit it which will create an incident report record in the backend.
  • Reporters using a portal account can check the status of all Incident Report submitted by them on My Account page of the website portal.
  • Incident Administrators can fill up more details of Passengers, Incident Images, Description etc in the backend.
  • Print PDF format Incident Report in the backend.
  • Incident management teams can close Incident Report and use chatter to send email/messages to the team and reporter.

The product looks almost exactly like what we need. Does the Incident Report form try get the location coordinates from the web browser, or does it need to be input manually by the user? Thanks
