Yes, You can Connect as many WooCommerce Stores in your Odoo.

How products are synchronized in Odoo?

The connector synchronized products using Internal Reference(SKU). So it is mandatory to have unique Internal Reference(SKU).

Do I get free upgrades and support if I purchase the app?

We will provide you to all the versions up to 12 depending on the app availability if you are purchase version 12 app. Starting version 13, every version of the app will be sold separately.
