Overview
Quickbook is full feactured financial company who manage accounting, tax filling, invoicing, bank recoinsilation and many more. This module allows you to import data from the Qiuckbook to your Odoo. We provide functionality to gathered data from Quickbook to Odoo easly.

- CONFIGURATION
In order to fetch the data from the QuickBook you have to do a configuration which is provided in the invoicing module.
- AUTHENTICATION
In Quickbook Configuration menu we provide a view where you have to enter Client Id and Client Secret key to authenticate.
Click on the "Authorize & Get Token" button to authenticate your id.
- IMPORT CUSTOMERS
Click on the button "Get Customer" to sync the data from the QuickBook.
It will fetch the every details like Address, email, website, Mobile, as well as the QuickBook partner id.
- IMPORT CHARTS OF ACCOUNTS
Click on the button "Get Account" to sync the accounts from the QuickBook.
It will fetch the every details of the Accounting from the Quickbook.
- IMPORT PRODUCTS CATEGORIES & PRODUCTS
Click on the button "Get Categories" to sync the product categories from the QuickBooks.
It will sync the all product categories with parent categories as well as the child categories.
Click on the button "Get Products" to sync the QuickBook Products in to Odoo.
It will fetch the all the products with it's details like Product name, type, categories, customer taxes, Internal referance etc.
- IMPORT TAXES
Click on the button "Get Taxes" to sync the QuickBook taxes in to Odoo.
It will fetch the taxes name, type and rate.
- IMPORT INVOICES
click on the button "Get Invoices" to sync the Quickbook invoices to the Odoo.
It will fetch the every details like invoice date, due date and in invoice line it will fetch the products and lables , their accounts, quantity, taxes and price too.
It will also fetch the invoce status too!
- PAYMENTS
Click on the button "Get Payments" to sync the QuickBook payments records to the Odoo.
It will fetch the payment details like dates, customer name, amount, as well as the journal entries.
- CREDIT NOTES
Click on the button "Get CreditNote" to sync the QuickBook Credit Notes to Odoo. Like wise invoice it will fetch the every details with it's status.
- IMPORT VENDORS
Click on the button "Get Vendors" to sync the QuickBook Vendors to the Odoo.
It will fetch the details like address, phone, email, website as well as the QuickBook partner id.
- IMPORT BILL
Click on the button "Get Bill" to sync the QuickBook Bills to Odoo.
It will fetch the every details like bill date, accounting date, due date and in invoice line it will fetch the product and their account, quantity, price, taxes as well as the journal entries.
- PURCHASE ORDER
Click on the button "Get Purchase Order" to sync the QuickBook purchase order to odoo.
It will fetch the every details like vendor name, order dedline, receipt date, product quantity, product price, product tax, etc.
