The Quickbook Connector seamlessly integrates Quickbook with Odoo, enabling effortless data import by clicking import buttons. This user-friendly process ensures easy data integration and updates within Odoo. Additionally, users can efficiently manage and locate imported Quickbook records.

Configuration

  • QUICKBOOK CONNECTOR: FUNCTIONALITY

    • The Quickbook connector offers streamlined data import through simple with the pre-configured Secret Key and Client ID.

To facilitate synchronization, kindly input the client ID & secret key specific to your QuickBooks application. You can locate your unique client ID & secret key by following the instructions illustrated in the accompanying image below.

input the configuration details for QuickBooks according to the specified requirements.

After that select the 'Authorize & Get Token' button to establish a connection with QuickBooks.

  • IMPORT CUSTOMER

    • Click on "Customers" button to Import customers from QuickBook.

View imported Customers and their relevant QuickBook details.

  • IMPORT ACCOUNT

    • Click on "Get Account" button to Import of Chart of Accounts from QuickBook.

View imported Chart of Accounts and their relevant QuickBook details.

  • IMPORT CATEGORY

    • Click on "Get Category" button to Import of Product Category from QuickBook.

View imported Product Category and their relevant QuickBook details.

  • IMPORT VENDORS

    • Click on "Get Vendors" button to Import of Vendors from QuickBook.

View imported Vendors and their relevant QuickBook details.

  • IMPORT PRODUCTS

    • Click on "Get Products" button to Import of Products from QuickBook.

  • IMPORT TAX

    • Click on "Get Tax" button to Import of Tax from QuickBook.

  • IMPORT INVOICE

    • Click on "Get Invoice" button to Import of Invoice from QuickBook.

  • IMPORT BILL

    • Click on "Get Bills" button to Import of Bills from QuickBook.
