Go to Property management menu >> Settings submenu and configure details about Facility and service and Layout.

For Facility and Services configuration Go to the Property management menu >> Settings >> Facility and Services submenu.

For Building Layout detail's configuration Go to the Property management menu >> Settings >> Building Layoutsubmenu.

You need to add landlord,buyer and tentant details.

To add the landlord(who sell the property) details,Go to the Property management menu >> Contacts >> Landlord submenu.

To add the tentant(Who rent the proeprty) details,Go to the Property management menu >> Contacts >> Tentant submenu.

To add the Buyer(who purchase the property) details,Go to the Property management menu >> Contacts >> Buyer submenu.

You can configure the Property related details from the property management menu >> Property submenu >> Property detailssubmenu.

You can select the Option that property is available for the Sale orRent.

You need to select the Option that property is Commercial or Residential Project. and also provide the sub types of the projec type.

You can Create the Tenancy agreement ,for that Go to the Property management >> Property submenu >> Property Details.Click on the Create Agreement button,and select the agreement date,tenant name,deposite and rent amount.

Click on the create button ,it will create the agreement record, You can check the agreement details in Tentancy Details >> tetancy agreement menu.

To pay the Rent click on the CREATE INVOICE button in agreement view.

add the details and click on the create invoice button.it will create the invoice.

You can checks the payment in Payments menus.

You can Buy the Property by clicking on the button Purchase.

Add the payment and buyer details and click on the CREATE INVOIEbuttons.it will create the invoice and you can check that details into payment menu.
