After Installation, for Facility and Services configuration follow these steps.

Steps : Property management --> Settings --> Facility and Services.

For Building Layout configuration follow these steps.

Steps : Property management --> Settings --> Building Layout.

To add the Landlord details, go to the Contacts --> Landlord submenu.

To add the Tenant details, go to the Contacts --> Tenant submenu.

To add the Vendors details, go to the Contacts --> Vendors submenu.

You can add details about the project in the 'About Project' page.

You can add property details in the 'Property Details' page.

You can add location details about the property in the 'Location Details' page.

You can add images of the property in the 'Property Images' page.

Customer can buy the property by clicking on the 'Buy Now' button.

Add the payment and buyer details and click on the 'CREATE INVOICE' button. It will create the invoice and you can check that details into Payments menu.

Once the property is sold it will be marked as sold as shown in the screenshot.

We can see the details of the invoice also.

To create agreement click on the 'Create Agreement' button.

Fill details and then click on the 'Create' button,it will create the agreement record. You can check the agreement details in 'Tenancy Agreement' menu.

This is the Form view of tenancy agreement.

To pay the rent click on the 'CREATE INVOICE' button.

You can also view the invoices of the particular agreement in the Invoices page.

You can checks the payments in Payments menu.
