Employee Attendance Summary Key Features


The first step in managing employee time-off is to set up the system to recognize public holidays. Once this is done, you can then assign time-off leaves to eligible employees. This ensures that the system considers public holidays when allocating leave, making the process more accurate and aligned with company policies and external holiday schedules. By completing this initial setup, you can effectively manage employee absences and ensure that leave allocations are fair and consistent.

The Attendance Module triggers the summary report menu to select the date range. If the checkbox for Attendance Check-in/Check-out Status is selected, it generates detailed check-in and check-out information for each employee by date. If the checkbox for Attendance Status is selected, it produces a comprehensive summary of presence, absences, public holidays, and casual leave taken information. If both checkboxes are selected, detailed check-in and check-out information, along with present and absent information, will be printed together in PDF and Excel formats.
