Send Salary Slips to Employees on WhatsApp
WhatsApp Integration for Employee Salary Slips
Payslip WhatsApp Integration allows users to send employee payslips directly via WhatsApp from the Payroll module. Once the WhatsApp feature is enabled in user access rights, and the employee’s WhatsApp number is set in their profile, users can generate the payslip and send it instantly through WhatsApp. This streamlines the payroll communication process, ensures timely delivery of salary details, and enhances convenience by using a widely accessible messaging platform.
Payslip WhatsApp Access Rights
User have access to enable/disable WhatsApp feature for payslips and send WhatsApp quick.
WhatsApp Configuration
User can configure the WhatsApp by adding WhatsApp token, instance id and authenticate by QR code.
Auto-Send Payslip Message
Enable automatic WhatsApp messages to be sent to employees when the payslip is confirmed – saving manual effort for HR teams.
WhatsApp Message History in Chatter
User can view WhatsApp message history of Payslip in chatter.
Send WhatsApp Message Quick
Order creation loads product, price, quantity, and UOM from sale order.User can quickly send message on WhatsApp using send WhatsApp quick feature.
Send Attachment by URL on WhatsApp
User can send any attachment by URL on WhatsApp message.
WhatsApp Feature Access Rights
Under user configuration, User have option to enable/disable WhatsApp feature for Payroll and send whatsapp quick.
WhatsApp Configuration
Under General Settings, User have to set WhatsApp Token, instance id and authenticate WhatsApp by QR Code to connect WhatsApp in Odoo.
User have to enable 'Send Payslip Details in WhatsApp Message' option to send Payslip message in WhatsApp while Employee Payslips confirm.
Employee View
In employee we need to set mobile number and address.
Send By WhatsApp Button in Employee Payslips
User can send Payslip details using 'SEND BY WHATSAPP' button in Employee Payslip.
Send WhatsApp Message Wizard
User can easily edit WhatsApp message or add any attachment using 'Send WhatsApp Message' wizard.
Display Employee Payslip Details in WhatsApp Message

User can view the history of WhatsApp message in chatter.
Direct Send WhatsApp Button in Employee Payslip
User can send employee payslip directly in WhatsApp without any changes using 'DIRECT SEND WHATSAPP' button in employee payslip.
