Send Salary Slips to Employees on WhatsApp
WhatsApp Integration for Employee Salary Slips
Payslip WhatsApp Integration allows users to send employee payslips directly via WhatsApp from the Payroll module. Once the WhatsApp feature is enabled in user access rights, and the employee’s WhatsApp number is set in their profile, users can generate the payslip and send it instantly through WhatsApp. This streamlines the payroll communication process, ensures timely delivery of salary details, and enhances convenience by using a widely accessible messaging platform.
Send Attachment on WhatsApp
User can send attachment on WhatsApp message.
WhatsApp Configuration
User can configure the WhatsApp by adding WhatsApp token, app Id, app secret, WhatsApp bussiness account Id.
Auto-Send Payslip Message
Automatic WhatsApp messages to be sent to employees when the payslip is confirmed.
WhatsApp Message History in Chatter
User can view WhatsApp message history of Payslip in chatter.
WhatsApp Configuration
Under WhatsApp Settings, User have to set WhatsApp Token, app Id, app secret, WhatsApp bussiness account Id and test that credential in Odoo.
WhatsApp Template
User can see whatsapp template in draft state and click on submit for approval to approve template.
Template Approval
Once stage changed to approved stage, user can see messages.
After click on message button user can see list of messages.
Create Employee
User can create employee and add all required details with whatsapp number.
Create Payslip
User can create payslip and click on compute sheet button to get salary details.
WhatsApp Button in Employee Payslips
User can send Payslip details using 'WHATSAPP' button in Employee Payslip.
WhatsApp Message Wizard
Once click one 'WHATSAPP' button wizard will open and phone number,template automatically set and click on send message button to send payslip.
Display Employee Payslip Details in WhatsApp Message
WhatsApp Message in Employee Payslip Chatter
User can view the history of WhatsApp message in chatter.
Confirm Employee Payslip
Once user confirm employee payslip,payslip details should be automatically send on WhatsApp with attachment of employee salary slip.
