User Restriction Access Rights
Only allowed user from groups can only view projects and task.
Project and Tasks User Restriction
Allowed projects and task are only visible all other data will not accessible.User Access Configurations
Users with "Limited Access Project And Task" access rights can only have access to allowed project and tasks, If this was disable then works with default Odoo flow.
Configuration
Project manager need to check "Enable Project Limited Access User on Project/Task" option.
Restrict Project Access
Project manager can select multiple users on "Limited Access User" for project and restrict all other users from access.
Here user can see different projects having different users to access.
Restrict Task Access
Project manager can select multiple users on "Limited Access User" for task and restrict all other users from access.
Here user can see different tasks having different users to access.
Restricted Projects and Tasks from Users
Here users can see only allowed projects and tasks for logged in users and other projects and task will restricted to access.
If user don't have "Limited Access Project And Task" access rights then all projects and tasks will accessible for that users.
