Real Estate Solution: Maintenance Management

In Maintenance management, we can add multiple employees and create several teams for properties. Also, we can define those teams in different companies.
For maintenance flow, added maintenance requests which help to maintain all properties maintenance in one place. It's simply like raising a ticket and getting approval from a higher authority to start maintenance.
In this maintenance request, we can add maintenance types, category, responsible person/team, schedule date, total duration to complete maintenance, priorities of that maintenance, and last but not least they also need to define an estimated budget for the maintenance so higher authority can also manage cash flow easily. We can easily trace maintenance through a maintenance request's status.
Once create a maintenance request, we are able to create its invoice in advance or we can create it after once maintenance is done.
We can check an overview of all maintenance requests with basic details in a most advanced view.
