Works with your contacts, regardless of your module.
By connecting to the default contacts module, we keep contacts updated with the latest call information and also updates contacts in Aircall so you can call from wherever works best for you. It does not matter if you use HR, CRM, Helpdesk, Field Service or any other module, your contacts will always be updated.
Updates your CRM opportunities
The integration offers specialized functionality for the CRM module by connecting to opportunities. It displays them in Aircall whenever you make or receive a call and also logs all call information in the opportunities once you are done with the call.
Updates your Helpdesk tickets
The integration also offers functionality for the Helpdesk module by connecting to Tickets. It displays them in Aircall whenever you make or receive a call and also logs all call information once you are done with the call.
Phone app embedded in Odoo

Select what numbers you want to connect
You can select what numbers should log in each module. That way you can have only your sales numbers logging to opportunities and your support ones logging to tickets.

You can apply tags during any call and those tags will be applied to the native Odoo contact as native tags. You can use those later for reporting, flows, or any applicable Odoo feature related to tags.
Supports duplicated records
