Works with your contacts, regardless of your module.

By connecting to the default contacts module, we keep contacts updated with the latest call information and also updates contacts in Aircall so you can call from wherever works best for you. It does not matter if you use HR, CRM, Helpdesk, Field Service or any other module, your contacts will always be updated.

Updates your CRM opportunities

The integration offers specialized functionality for the CRM module by connecting to opportunities. It displays them in Aircall whenever you make or receive a call and also logs all call information in the opportunities once you are done with the call.

Updates your Helpdesk tickets

The integration also offers functionality for the Helpdesk module by connecting to Tickets. It displays them in Aircall whenever you make or receive a call and also logs all call information once you are done with the call.

I have resolved the follwoing issues on my side and modules seems to work for calling but other features for log note on crm ,contacts or any other functonality rather then calling doesn't work

Its looks like we have messed up module during our previous update published.

Now v16 module is properly upgraded and published, You can download current one and replace it with current one on your addons, upgrade the module and test it.

the web_search_read method is also from v15 and gives issue while opening the module

i have resolved it on my side but now whenever i call some one and after the call there is no functionality getting performed as described on the module feature

After installation of module i found that the module's most of the code is from v15 and there are bugs in odoo 16 migration can you guys check and let us know if odoo's v16 module is migrated properly or not.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us.

Want to inform that v16 is migrated properly and already used by lots of customer, after that we have migrated in v17 to v19 as well and that is too used by many customers.
We also improved lot of features and codes so can you please download new module for v16, replace it with your existing one, Upgrade module and test the functionality.
