Helpdesk Time Slot Report in Odoo
Helpdesk Time Slot Report Odoo app helps you organize and track helpdesk tickets based on time
slots. From the configuration menu, you can easily create different time slots with start and
end times. When a ticket is created, selecting a time slot will automatically load its timings
into the ticket, reducing manual entry and improving accuracy.
The app also provides a powerful Time Slot Analysis Report, where you can see how tickets are
distributed across different time slots. The report comes with pie charts, bar charts, line
charts, and tables, making it easy to identify your busiest hours and understand your team’s
workload in real time. This helps managers balance resources and plan support operations more
effectively.
By combining automatic time slot assignment with clear reporting, this app makes managing
helpdesk schedules simple and efficient.

Under the "Reporting" menu of the Helpdesk app, this "Time Slots Analysis" bar chart provides a clear picture of your team's workload. Each bar visually represents how many tickets were created during specific time slots

In the Configuration menu, under the Time Slot section, you can create time slots and set their start and end times
