Purchase Tender Management for Multi Vendor in Odoo
Purchase Tender Management Odoo App helps you manage the entire vendor bidding and tender
process from one place. It allows you to create tenders for different types of purchases, add
products, quantities, and expected prices, and then invite multiple vendors to submit their
bids.
You can send tender invitations directly by email, and vendors can submit their prices and
digitally sign the tender from their portal. This removes paperwork and makes the process fast,
clean, and trackable. Once vendors submit their bids, the manager can review all quotes, update
quantities, confirm or cancel selected lines, and generate purchase orders for the best offers.
From the portal, vendors can view tender details, apply their bids, sign online, and even chat
through the integrated chatter. The app also supports printing tender and quotation reports in
PDF. It's a great tool for companies that work with multiple suppliers and want to manage
purchase competitions more smoothly and professionally.

Create Tender
Manager can see created purchase tender in form view as shown bellow image. User can select "Purchase Representative", "Tender Type", "Vendor", and can all multiple "Vendors", Also select product, quantity and price for tender product. Then sent mail to vendors
Manager can send purchase tender by email by clicking "SEND" button.
Vendor can see Purchase Tender Email
Confirm Purchase Tender
Press on the "Apply/Edit Bid" button to edit the unit price.
You can add the unit price from here, ten click on "Update Bid" Button
click on "Sign & Accept" Button
Open popup then add sign and click on "Accept & Sign" Button
