Odoo Instagram Leads Integration
The Instagram–Odoo CRM Integration App is a powerful solution designed to seamlessly
connect your
Instagram Lead Ads with Odoo CRM. This integration automates the process of fetching leads generated from
Instagram
forms and storing them directly into Odoo, ensuring that no potential customer is missed.
The app allows you to manage multiple Instagram Instances efficiently. Each instance can
fetch
its associated Pages and the corresponding Lead Forms. Once the
connection is established,
you can easily map Instagram form fields with Odoo’s CRM Lead fields to
ensure accurate data transfer.
When leads are submitted on Instagram, the system automatically retrieves and creates them in Odoo’s CRM
module with
all essential details such as name, email, phone number, and custom fields. You can choose between
manual or scheduled synchronization, depending on your workflow needs.
With real-time updates, field mapping flexibility, and error logging, this integration eliminates manual
data entry,
reduces human error, and gives your sales team instant access to high-quality leads—helping them convert
faster and
work smarter within Odoo.

Setup
Instagram Setup
Open Instagram for Developers, and then click on “My Apps”.
Select Your Instagram App
Generate and Test Instagram Graph API using “Graph API Explorer”:
Click on the "Generate Access Token" button
Enter your password, and then click on the "Continue" button
Click on the "Edit previous settings" text link.
Click on the "Continue" button.
Click on the "Save" button.
Click on the "Got it" button.
Copy the "Generated Access Token".
Click on "Tools", and then select the "Access Token Debugger" option.
Copy the "Generated Access Token", paste it into the "Access Token" field, and then click on the "Debug" button.
Click on the "Extend Access Token" button.
Copy the "Access Token".
Odoo CRM Instagram Leads Generation’ module activated.
Create an Instagram instance and add the ‘Access Token’. Then turn on the ‘Active Scheduler’ so the Instagram page syncs automatically in Odoo
Create an Instagram instance and add the details, then click on the ‘Sync Instagram Page’ button so the Instagram pages sync in Odoo.
Click on the ‘Odoo Instagram Pages’ menu and open the page. Then click the ‘Sync Instagram Form’ button so all forms for this page are synced in Odoo.
If the ‘Active Scheduler’ is enabled in the Page Form View, then the Instagram page’s form will automatically sync in Odoo.
Open the form records in Odoo, click the Import Fields button, and then click Fetch Lead. This will sync all Instagram leads into Odoo for this form.
Fetched leads are visible in the CRM Leads model, and the Instagram leads are successfully synced in Odoo.
If the Active Scheduler is turned on, the Instagram leads from this form will automatically sync into Odoo.
