Odoo Freshdesk Integration
We are implementing a full two-way integration between Odoo and Freshdesk to streamline customer support
and CRM operations. The integration synchronizes core records between both platforms, ensuring data
remains consistent and up-to-date. Users, Contacts, Companies, and Tickets created or
updated in Odoo
will automatically reflect in Freshdesk, eliminating manual data entry and reducing the risk of
mismatched information.
Similarly, updates from Freshdesk, such as new customers, organization details, or ticket activity will
sync back into Odoo in real time. This creates a unified flow between sales, CRM, and support teams,
allowing them to work from their preferred system without losing visibility. With automated
synchronization and accurate mapping of fields, the integration improves efficiency, traceability, and
customer service response across both platforms.

Setup
Click on 'Account Profile', then click on 'Profile Settings'.
Click on 'View API Key'.
Enter the API key in the 'Freshdesk API Key' field.
Copy the URL: 'https://yashpatelechobitz-help.freshdesk.com/'.
Enter the Freshdesk URL in the 'Freshdesk Base URL' field, then click the 'Test API Connection' button.
Create a user in Freshdesk, then copy the user ID. Next, go to the 'Odoo Freshdesk Integration' app, click on the 'Freshdesk to Odoo' menu, and enter the user ID.

Create a contact in Odoo, then go to the Odoo instance. Under the 'Contact' tab, click the 'Sync Odoo to Freshdesk' button.

Create a company in Odoo and activate the scheduler.

Create a Tickets in Freshdesk, then copy the tickets ID. Next, go to the 'Odoo Freshdesk Integration' app, click on the 'Freshdesk to Odoo' menu, and enter the tickets ID.
