🧾 Configuration:

Go to Settings → Purchases and select your preferred Operation Type for cancelling purchase orders:

• Cancel Only: Cancels order and related documents but keeps records
• Cancel and Reset to Draft: Reverts cancelled PO back to draft
• Cancel and Delete: Cancels and removes the PO and related records completely

📘 Usage Guide:

Here, Purchase Order And Linked receipts and bills Will be Done Or Post Stage.

1️⃣ Cancel Only

This mode cancels the purchase order. If enabled, related receipts and bills will also be cancelled. The record is retained in the system for auditing or reprocessing.

2️⃣ Cancel and Reset to Draft

After cancellation, the PO returns to draft stage and becomes editable. Use this when you want to modify and reuse a cancelled order.

3️⃣ Cancel and Delete

The PO is cancelled and permanently deleted from the system. Linked receipts and bills are also removed, if cancellation is allowed.

4️⃣ Cancel Multiple Purchase Orders

Select multiple purchase orders from the list view and apply bulk cancellation using the "Action" dropdown. It respects your configuration setting for each record.
