This module allows your occasional agents / employees of your system to access helpdesk support tickets as.

Main Features

System to allow your occasional agents who are internal employees / internal real users of other departments to access some assigned helpdesk support tickets.
Occasional agents will see menu and tickets where they are set as occasional agents.
Occasional agents can communicate with customers or internal support teams using open chatter on support ticket form.
