FAQ
Common questions
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The workflow is responsive in Odoo’s web client and can be used from a mobile browser or installed PWA. It does not require an Enterprise-only native bridge.
Does it work offline?
No. The device needs a connection to your Odoo server while opening and saving inspection points.
Community or Enterprise?
Both. The module uses the standard Maintenance, Mail and Web applications available in Community and Enterprise.
Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or on-premise?
It works on Odoo.sh and on-premise. Like other third-party modules, it cannot be installed on Odoo Online SaaS.
What happens after a failure?
The maintenance request receives a chatter entry and a follow-up activity listing the failed inspection points.
Can completed evidence be changed?
No. Completed inspections and their answers are locked against edits and deletion. Run a new inspection instead.
