Sales Double Validation module allow to validate Sale Order in 2 levels of approvals, User can set double validation amount, If the quotation amount is less than double the validation amount then the Sale Order will be confirmed otherwise the approval will have to be taken from the Sales Manager. In standard Odoo, we don't have an option for double validation of Sale Orders but our app allows us to add a double validation process for Sale Orders.
Key Features
User can confirm sale order in One step and 2 step level of approval.
User can set the limit of Double Validation Amount.
No Limit on Amount if Validation in Single Step is Selected.
It Supports Multi Currency, Multi Company & Multi User.
The Manager approves the sale order before confirmation if the limit exceeds the amount for validation.
- Navigate to Settings >> Sales settings.
- Now, we will select Confirm Sale Order in One Step in Levels of Approvals.
- Navigate to sales >> quotation.
- After that click on Confirm Order button to create a sale order.
- Navigate to Settings >> Sales settings.
- Enable Get 2 levels of approvals to confirm a sale order.
- After that, Double Validation Amount field will be show and user have to set double validation amount.
- Now, we will create a quotation and click on Confirm Order button.
- Here, Quotation amount is exceeded from double validation amount.
- When, we click on Confirm Order button, added new stage "To Approve" and add new button "Confirm Sale".
- When, we click on Confirm Sale button, user error will be pop-up.
- Order can be approved by only sales manager, simple user can not be approve if the limit of order amount is exceeded.
- Here, open quotation and click on Confirm Sale button.
