Create and Configure Consolidation Actions
Creating a consolidate action.
Create a consolidate action from Settings > Object Consolidation > Models > Add a line.

Select the model where you want to enable the consolidate action.
Search for the model, select it, then edit to configure the consolidate action.

Configure the consolidate action.
Define the limit of records to consolidate. You can also specify how to proceed with the remaining elements after the consolidate operation.

Specific consolidate shapes for model fields.
You can define specific consolidate ways to apply to certain fields. For example, in the case of text fields, you can choose to concatenate the values found in the different objects selected for the consolidate.

Apply the new consolidate actions.
Click on the “Apply” button in the Object Consolidation Configuration.

Enable User Permissions
Enable the permissions for object consolidating.
Check the “Object Consolidation Manager” permission to the users who should access the “Consolidation” function.

Using Object Record Consolidation
Using the “Consolidation” function.
From the objects list view, select the duplicate records, click on the “Action” button and select the “Consolidation” option.

Select the entry you want to keep.
Select the record you want to keep and click on consolidate entries to execute the fission action enabled for the object.
