Employee Information during Initial Setup: During the onboarding process, when an employee is initially created, the module enables users to manually update essential information, including department, branch, reporting head, grade, and supervisor. This streamlines the setup process and ensures accurate default values in company-to-company transfer operations.

Employee Company to Company Transfers: Automated Workflow with Notification System:Clicking on the 'Inter Company Transfer' menu in the Employee Module allows users to select a specific employee. The system will automatically fetch related details. Users can then alternately choose the new branch, new company, department, grade etc., and submit the changes. The system generates a sequence for identification and sends an email notification to the authorized person for review and of the transfer request.

Pre-Transfer Data Retrieval:The selected employee's default contract details, leaves, and requested leaves will be fetched for display before triggering the transfer operations.

Transfer Type Options: Permanent and Temporary - Managing Employee Transfers with Duration Capture:The transfer type includes two options: 'Permanent' and 'Temporary.' If 'Temporary' is selected, the system will capture the duration of the period and display it in the number of days. Transfer operations will be performed to move the employee to the designated company. Once the specified period is over, reverse operations will be triggered to revert the transfer process back to the previous company. On the other hand, if 'Permanent' is selected, no reverse operations will take place, and the employee will remain permanently transferred to the designated company.

Inter-Company Transfer Notifications: Keeping Stakeholders Informed:Upon request and approval of an Inter-Company transfer operation, email notifications will be generated to inform the employee, HR Manager, and authorized personnel, delivering updates to their respective email addresses.

Deactivation of Current Contract and Generation of Modified Active Contract:The current employee contract will be deactivated, and a new contract will be generated with the previous contract information in an active mode. If necessary, the contract can be modified.

Streamlined Payslip Management: Payslips can be generated based on the transferred company contract, and all payslips from the previous company and transferred company can be tracked.

Seamless Leave Transition:Leaves assigned to employees, such as Sick, Casual, Earned Leaves, etc., will carry forward to the current company from the transfer company. This allows employees to utilize their remaining leaves in the transferred company.

NOTE: Multi Branch Management Module Added as a Dependency; Both Modules Will Be Downloaded Together During Purchase.
