This module facilitates the management of employee movements from one subsidiary or branch of a company to another, as well as within the company itself.

Employee Information during Initial Setup: During the onboarding process, when an employee is initially created, the module enables users to manually update essential information, including department, branch, reporting head, grade, and supervisor. This streamlines the setup process and ensures accurate default values in company-to-company transfer operations.

Employee Company to Company Transfers: Automated Workflow with Notification System:Clicking on the 'Inter Company Transfer' menu in the Employee Module allows users to select a specific employee. The system will automatically fetch related details. Users can then alternately choose the new branch, new company, department, grade etc., and submit the changes. The system generates a sequence for identification and sends an email notification to the authorized person for review and of the transfer request.

Pre-Transfer Data Retrieval:The selected employee's default contract details, leaves, and requested leaves will be fetched for display before triggering the transfer operations.

Transfer Type Options: Permanent and Temporary - Managing Employee Transfers with Duration Capture:The transfer type includes two options: 'Permanent' and 'Temporary.' If 'Temporary' is selected, the system will capture the duration of the period and display it in the number of days. Transfer operations will be performed to move the employee to the designated company. Once the specified period is over, reverse operations will be triggered to revert the transfer process back to the previous company. On the other hand, if 'Permanent' is selected, no reverse operations will take place, and the employee will remain permanently transferred to the designated company.

Inter-Company Transfer Notifications: Keeping Stakeholders Informed:Upon request and approval of an Inter-Company transfer operation, email notifications will be generated to inform the employee, HR Manager, and authorized personnel, delivering updates to their respective email addresses.

Deactivation of Current Contract and Generation of Modified Active Contract:The current employee contract will be deactivated, and a new contract will be generated with the previous contract information in an active mode. If necessary, the contract can be modified.

Streamlined Payslip Management: Payslips can be generated based on the transferred company contract, and all payslips from the previous company and transferred company can be tracked.

Seamless Leave Transition:Leaves assigned to employees, such as Sick, Casual, Earned Leaves, etc., will carry forward to the current company from the transfer company. This allows employees to utilize their remaining leaves in the transferred company.

NOTE: Multi Branch Management Module Added as a Dependency; Both Modules Will Be Downloaded Together During Purchase.

Multi Branch Master: Once Multi-Branch is installed, configure the necessary branch information.

Multi-Company Employee Information: Employee information will be displayed based on the registration under each respective multi-company.

Effortless Employee Transfer: Initiating Operations through Inter Company Transfer Menu: Click the 'Inter Company Transfer'(Company to Company) Menu to open the form and select an employee for performing transfer operations.

Preparation for Smooth Employee Transfer: Verifying Information in Employee Screen:Ensure that the Employee Screen contains accurate information for Department, Grade, Supervisor, Reporting Head, and Branch before initiating Transfer operations.

Initiating Operation with the Transfer Button: Initiate the transfer process by clicking the Submit button to request the transfer and await approval. Once approved, trigger the Transfer button to transition the employee from the current branch and current company to the transfer branch and transfer company. This process also involves updating essential information such as Department, Grade, Supervisor, and Reporting Head.

Deactivation of Previous Company Contract and Activation of Authorized Contract with Transferred Company

After the transfer operation is completed, the employee's contract with the previous company will be deactivated, and the contract with the transferred company will be activated. The new contract will contain all the details from the previous company's contract, and it will be authorized by the HR Manager.

Efficient Employee Transfer Workflow: Approval and Completion of Company-to-Company Transfer Operations

Once a specific employee's company-to-company transfer request is submitted, an authorized person can either approve or reject the request. If rejected, the transfer operations will be closed at the request stage. If approved, the transfer operations will proceed further to complete the process in its entirety.

Verifying Employee Information Changes in Employee Screen

After completing the Transfer operations, ensure that the Employee Screen reflects updated information for Department, Grade, Supervisor, Reporting Head,Branch, and the Company.

Employee's Branch and Company Update during Company-to-Company Transfer

Initiate the transfer process by clicking the Transfer button; The employee's user-allowed branch and allowed company will be updated to the transfer branch and transfer company, allowing future access for registering branch-wise and company-wise activities.

Temporary Transfer Management: Efficient Employee Movement with Reversible Operations

The transfer type: 'Temporary.' If 'Temporary' is selected, the system will capture the duration of the period and display it in the number of days. Transfer operations will be performed to move the employee to the designated company. Once the specified period is over, reverse operations will be triggered to revert the transfer process back to the previous company and payslip can be generated with transferred company to record the monthly salaries.

Record the Inter-Company Transfer Request and the Transferred operation process, documenting it via email delivery to employees, HR, and authorized personnel. Register the details in the log history, including delivered emails and the specified information mentioned below.

Introducing Employee Intra-Company Transfer System

Employee Intra-Company Transfer will allow users to transfer between branches, departments, and other options within the company, except for transferring to a different company. This functionality enables transfers within the organization to different departments, branches, reporting heads, and other relevant options.
