Update Project Task Stages Auto Odoo Apps
Auto Move Task Stages/Auto Complete Task Odoo App helps users to automatically update task stages as per configured number of days. When a task has been stayed on a configured task stage without any activity/update on task for the configured period, Scheduled action will update the task stage automatically as per the configuration. This will help users to complete tasks automatically you can define no of days/period for non active tasks and based on that tasks stage will be automatically changed.
Configure Task Stage and Number of Days
User can select move task stage and give number of days to move task as per configured stage.
Cron for Auto Move Task Stage
When task has been stayed on configured task without any activity/update on task for configured period, cron will update the task stage automatically as per the configuration.
Project Tasks
Auto Move Stage Checkbox
Goto Project -> Configuration -> Stages in that user can see "Auto Move Stage" checkbox.
Select Stage to Move Task
Once user tick on "Auto Move Stage" checkbox, it will show another field "Move Stage" in that select stage to move Task.
Select Number of Days
User can give number of days on project stages, When task doesn't have any activity since this number of days then task stage will automatically change according to configured stage.
Scheduled Action for Auto Move Task Stage
When task has been stayed on configured task without any activity/update on task for configured period, schedule action will update the task stage automatically as per the configuration.
Automatically Updated Tasks Stage
User can see updated the tasks stage automatically as per the configuration.
