Show Stages on Ticket Portal View Odoo Apps

Helpdesk Ticket Advance Portal View odoo app helps users to add different colour to different ticket stages on portal view, also close and cancel ticket, on cancel or close ticket state colour also changed. Users can also view image preview before download it for image attachments on message and communication history on helpdesk ticket portal view.

Cancel Helpdesk Ticket from Website

User can cancel helpdesk ticket directly from website.

Close Helpdesk Ticket from Website

User can directly close helpdesk ticket from website.

Image Preview on Message

On message and Communication history user can preview image before download it.

Helpdesk State Color

User can set color for helpdesk state and on changing state selected color displayed.

Helpdesk Stages Color Configuration

User can select color or enter color code for different stages of helpdesk ticket, On portal ticket view user can see ticket state color as selected. Color should be different for each stage.

Here , You can see selected color for "Canceled" stage

Cancel Helpdesk Ticket

User can cancel helpdesk ticket by clicking "Cancel this ticket" button from portal ticket advance view.

Click "Cancel the ticket" button.

User can see helpdesk ticket is cancelled and moved to "Cancelled" stage, Helpdesk ticket stage color also changed on portal view.

Close Helpdesk Ticket

User can close helpdesk ticket by clicking "Close this ticket" button from portal ticket advance view.

Click "Close the ticket" button.

User can see helpdesk ticket is cancelled and moved to "Solved" stage, Helpdesk ticket stage color also changed on portal view.

Image Preview on Message

User can see how image looks like before installing module.

On portal ticket advance view user can see how image attachments on message and communication history appears, user can preview image before download it.

This Odoo app can not be used with Odoo Online (SaaS).

How can I install the module I bought ?

You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Apps > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.
