Odoo Pharmacy Management App helps you to manage retail pharma stores. Users can configure access rights for the user and manager. Users can configure medicine type, medicine category and manufacturing company. Users can manage details of medicines, customers, vendors, employees and contracts. You can create or manage sales and purchase order details with medicines and required attachment of prescription. Users can see customer invoice reports in graph and pivot view and also print medicine expiry reports in PDF format.

You can configure medicine type, medicine category and manufacturing company.

Pharmacy Manager(Admin) Work Flow

Configuration for Pharmacy Manager Access Rights

Under user configuration, Manager(Admin) can configure 'Pharmacy Manager' access rights where manager has all the access rights for management of pharma store.

Configure Medicine Type

Goto Pharmacy Management -> Configuration -> Medicine Type menu, Manager can create types of medicine.

Configure Medicine Category

In medicine category form, Manager can tick on 'Is Prescription?' checkbox to required attachment for prescription in pharmacy sale order.

Configure Manufacturing Company

Manager can create manufacturing company then enter details of company name and select list of vendors.

Create Pharmacy Medicines

Manager can create medicine from products then add type, category, company and expiry date..

Pharmacy Customers

Goto Pharmacy Management -> Sales -> Customers menu, Manager can manage details of pharmacy customers.

Pharmacy Sales Order

Manager can create and manage details of sales order with medicines and required attachments of prescription.

Customer Invoice

Manager can see customer invoice with medicines.

Pharmacy Vendors

Goto Pharmacy Management -> Purchase -> Vendors menu, Manager can manage details of pharmacy vendors.

Pharmacy Purchase Order

Manager can create and manage details of purchase order with medicines.

Vendor Bill

Manager can see vendor bill with medicines.

Pharmacy Employees

Goto Pharmacy Management -> Employees -> Employees menu, Manager can manage details of pharmacy employees.

Pharmacy Employee Contracts

Manager can manage details of pharmacy employee's contracts.

Customer Invoice Analysis in Graph

Manager can see customer invoice analysis report in graph view.

Pharmacy Management for User

Normal user can view only 3 menus sale, purchase and employees.

Invisible 'CONFIRM ORDER' button for normal user, They can only create RFQ in purchase, Not to confirm it.

Warning

If you confirm an order and some medicines may have expired, Raised warning.

If you save an order and some medicines may have required attachment of prescription, Raised warning.

This Odoo app can not be used with Odoo Online (SaaS).

Do I have to buy module for each version ?

Yes, Starting version 13.0, Every version of the module is sold separately.

How can I install the module I bought ?

You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Apps > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.

Sir our app is used for the backend like sales order not for the pos sir.

 If you want to use it for the pos then will require to customize sir.
