Website Referral Program (Refer & Earn) Odoo Apps is designed to elevate customer engagement and loyalty through an effective referral program. This app enables businesses to implement a comprehensive referral system, allowing customers to earn rewards in the form of coupons when they refer new customers. User can create multiple referral programs by using referral type as points and fix amount then configured referral program for referring customer and new customer. User will manually generated unique referral code and also send via email. Customer can adding the referral code to earn rewards which is based on configured referral program.

Referral Program Configuration

User can configured referral program for referring and new customer.

Create Referral Program

User can create multiple referral programs.

Referral Type as Points or Fix Amount

User can set referral type as points and fix amount.

Generate Referral Code/Coupon

User can view the generated referral code must be unique.

Email Notification for Referral Code

User will get an email notification about referral code/coupon.

Add Referral Code in Sign Up Page

New customer will add referral code/coupon to get rewards.

Referral Program Menu

User can view the list of referral program.

Create Referral Program

User can create referral program in that enter the name of referral program then select referral type as 'Points' or 'Fix Amount'.

When user select 'Points' referral type in that enter the points value and amount so total amount would be calculated.

When user select 'Fix Amount' referral type in that enter the fixed amount of that referral program.

Created another referral program.

Referral Program Configuration

Goto Sales -> Configuration -> Settings in that enable 'Referral Program' option then select 'Referral Rule For Referring Customer' and 'Referral Rule For New Customer'.

Referral Program in the Portal

User can click on 'Referral Program' button to generate the referral code in the portal.

Generated Referral Code

User can view the generated referral code for refer and earn the rewards.

User have option to send referral code via email by clicking on 'Refer and Earn' button.

User can send referral code via email by entering the email address and click on 'Send Email' button.

Email Notification for Referral Code/Coupon

User can view the email notification about referral code or coupon.

Add Referral Code by New Customer

When referral code enter by new customer, They will earn rewards based on configured referral program.

New Customer Earned Rewards

New customer should be get rewards and store in the customer wallet.

Referring Customer Earned Rewards

Referring/Old customer should be get rewards and store in the customer wallet based on configured referral program.

Can I Use this module with Odoo Online ?

This Odoo app can not be used with Odoo Online (SaaS).

How can I install the module I bought ?

You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Apps > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.
