Zoho Desk Connector Module
Create a New Zoho Desk Connector
User can create a new Zoho Desk connector by clicking on the New button. Here User need to add their Client id, Client Secret Key, and Redirect URL details and click on Authentication button.
Clicking on "Authentication" button user will be redirected to Zoho Desk access page where user need to click on Accept button.
After clicking the Accept button, The Access token, refresh token, and code are auto-filled, and the created Zoho desk connector activated.
Import Contact from Zoho to Odoo
The user needs to enable the “Import Contact” option and click on the “Contact Scan” button to import contacts from Zoho into Odoo. Additionally, they should enable the “Update Existing Contact” option so that already imported contacts are updated instead of being duplicated.

After clicking the "Contact Scan" button, The user can see that the contact was imported successfully and can also view the log history.

Export Contact From Odoo to Zoho
User needs to enable the "Export Contact" option and click the "Contact Scan" button to export contacts from Odoo to Zoho.

Import Departments from Zoho to Odoo
The user needs to enable the “Import Department” option and click on the “Department Scan” button to import department from Zoho into Odoo. Additionally, they should enable the “Update Existing Department” option so that already imported department are updated instead of being duplicated.

After clicking the "Department Scan" button, The user can see that the department was imported successfully and can also view the log history.

Import Agent from Zoho to Odoo
The user needs to enable the “Import Agent” option and click on the “Agent Scan” button to import agent from Zoho into Odoo. Additionally, they should enable the “Update Existing Agent” option so that already imported agent are updated instead of being duplicated.

The user needs to enable the “Import Teams” option and click on the “Teams Scan” button to import Teams from Zoho into Odoo. Additionally, they should enable the “Update Existing Teams” option so that already imported Teams are updated instead of being duplicated.

Export Team From Odoo to Zoho
User needs to enable the "Export Team" option and click the "Team Scan" button to export team from Odoo to Zoho.

The user needs to enable the “Import Ticket” option and click on the “Ticket Scan” button to import ticket from Zoho into Odoo. Additionally, they should enable the “Update Existing Ticket” option so that already imported ticket are updated instead of being duplicated.

User needs to enable the "Export Ticket" option and click the "Ticket Scan" button to export tickets from Odoo to Zoho.

Auto Sync
On the Zoho Desk connector page, there is an “Auto Sync” option. When the user enables this option, manual import or export between Odoo and Zoho is no longer required. The system automatically runs a scheduled job (cron), which handles the synchronization and keeps the data updated between both platforms by default.
