This module allows you to display a customer alert message
App Features
- Set up a personalized message in the customer file.
- Set up a general personalized message for all company customers.
- You can add HTML tags to the alert message.
- You can translate the alert message.
- The customer alert message will be displayed when accessing all customer documents: orders, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.
- The customer alert message will also be displayed when selecting the customer.
- Compatible with community, enterprise and Odoo.sh version of Odoo
Configuration
To configure the alert message, first go to the customer tab and navigate to the Sales & Purchase section:
In the Alert Message section, if you do not define a message, the general message configured for the company will be displayed.
To set up a general message, go to Settings and then General Settings, and then to the Contacts section:
Usage
When entering a form (order, delivery note, invoice, etc.) related to the customer, the following alert message will be displayed:
When selecting a customer who has the alert message enabled, the pop-up will also be displayed:

To be able to edit this field, you have to activate this option in the internal user settings
