If your customers are close to your warehouse. They would like to place order from website and come your warehouse to pay and collect. With default odoo, your customers cannot do that. With this app, your customers can place order and pay from the website and then they come your warehouse to collect.
Or, they can place order from the website and they come your warehouse pay and collect. In sale order form, Only one click to complete process pay and collect.

List features:

1. Customer can place order from website. Pay and collect at the warehouse.

2. Customer can place and pay order from website. Collect at the warehouse.

3. Customer can select the warehouse where they want to collect.

4. Just only one click to complete process pay and collect in the sale order form. Validate Stock picking, create invoice and make the payment automatically.

5. Customers are allowed or prevented using pay and collect according to the address of customer.

Website Configuration:

After you install this app, "Collect At Store" shipping method is created. Please DO NOT delete this shipping method.

To enable "pay and collect" function, go to website form and select "Pay And Collect" tab.

Enable "Collect And Pay At Store", if you want customer can place order from website and they will pay and collect at the warehouse.

Enable "Collect At Store And Pay Now", if you want customer can place and pay order from website and they will collect at the warehouse.

If you select Countries, States, Zip From and Zip To, Customer is able to use "Collect And Pay At Store" and "Collect At Store And Pay Now" according to their address.

If you select "Exclude Zip From" and "Exclude Zip To", customer's zip code is in that range won't able to use "Collect And Pay At Store" and "Collect At Store And Pay Now"

Example 1: "Collect And Pay At Store"

Customer add some products to their cart and go to their cart.


After click on "Process Checkout" button to checkout. Customer will see 3 options in "Choose a pay and collect style" area


"Get Delivery And Pay Now": It is default in odoo. Customer will select a shipment method and make the payment to confirm sale order.
"Collect At Store And Pay Now": Customer will pay on website and collect at store
"Collect And Pay At Store" : Customer will pay and collect at store.

If customer select "Collect And Pay At Store", and then customer can select the warehouse where they come to collect

Click on "Confirm Order" button to complete.

After customer confirm their oder.Go to sale order form on backend.
Click on "Collect and Pay" button. It will validate Stock picking, create invoice and make the payment automatically.
Click on "Create Payment" button to create payment and complete process pay and collect.


Create one invoice.

Invoice is automatically reconciled.

Stock picking is automatically validated.

Example 2: "Collect At Store And Pay Now"

From confirm order. Select "Collect At Store And Pay Now"


With this option. Customer can select the warehouse where they come to collect.
Customer have to select a payment acquirer to pay order.

Inpurt their card information for the payment.

If customer print out their order. They will see warehouse address where they will come to collect.

Go to sale order form on backend

Click on "Collect And Pay" button to validate stock picking, create invoice and reconciled invoice automatically

Create one invoice.

Invoice is automatically reconciled.

Stock picking is automatically validated.

Hi,


We are considering to buy this app because we have the following need:


We are a B2B2C Company that sales musical instruments.

We want to sell directly to end customers (musicians) using our Odoo Multi website ecosystem (we are building a website for each musical instrument brand we distribute).

We also sell products to Musical Instruments Dealers (B2B Partner) and we want to show them as Collect Points during the check out process using the method "Collect on store and pay now".

Musical Instruments Dealers are our B2B Customers, they are not our warehouse locations or PoS. So we need to show as Collect Points all the Companies (Contact Address) that are allowed to buy as a dealer from the brand website.

Can your app do this for us?
