This is the default hours structure for the 'Meeting' menu in the calendar.
If you want to set custom hours instead of Odoo's default hour structure, click the 'Debug' icon, then select 'Action'.
You need to set the values in 'Context Value'.
To set the start of customized hours, use this format: 'slotMinTime': '00:00:00'
To set the end of customized hours, use this format: 'slotMaxTime': '00:00:00'
This is how meeting view look like after set customized hours.
To adjust the calendar view and display time slots in minutes (instead of the default hourly).
Example: Set 20-minute intervals - 'slotDuration': '00:20:00','slotLabelInterval': '00:20:00'(both have same values in minutes).
To adjust the calendar view in Odoo and display time slots in minutes along with custom calender hours, need to set slotDuration, slotLabelInterval along with slotMinTime and slotMaxTime.
Example: Set 15-minute intervals - {'slotDuration': '00:15:00','slotLabelInterval': '00:15:00','slotMinTime': '10:00:00' ,'slotMaxTime': '15:00:00'}.
