1) We are looking for the ability to take a ticket for a customer for say a product issue, create a sub ticket but the communication on the sub ticket would be with the manufacturer of that product (a completely separate account) and separate from the communication with the customer.  The customer should not be able to see the sub ticket details if we give them visibility of their ticket.  If we have the manufacturer access to their tickets they should also not be able to see the customer ticket - so only internal users would be able to see the link between them.

2) If that is possible, do you have plans to release this for version 18?
