Installation and Configuration
After installation add user to newly created "Dynamic Reports" group and in its settings menu choose which models are available for this app to build reports for.
Creating Custom Variables
You can create custom variables. Their names will be automatically surrounded by {}, so that when you use them in a report when printing, they will be substituted by chosen fields values. Variables work everywhere: in title, body (text and table) and footer. You can configure each variable's empty value that will be used if fields do not have a value. There is a global empty value setting. Fields empty value takes precedence over global setting. But if both empty values are not set app will use predefined text ("_______") for empty fields. Read all fields help anotations.
Create Text Report
You can create custom text reports using odoos built in html field and use variables in it. You can customize text using html fields functionality. As described above each field has it's own empty value setting.
Creating Table Report
You can build html table in report using our app and use variables in it too. Number of columns can be different in a rows. You can stretch shorter rows to the longest one, by simply switching setting "Stretch Columns". You can controll if it has a border or not also by a simple setting.
Functionality
Describes apps general functionality, live previews, printing reports, customizing titles and footers, changing fonts.
Buttons
Describes buttons functionality: hiding reports from print menu, removing its record from ir.actions.report. You can modify report type from "Report" button.
