Dynamic Approve in Account
This application is used to set the more then one person to make invoice approve, to set the flow for approval, set the account team for approve invoice.
1) Invoicing Account Team view.
Within configuration in invoicing admin can see the Account Teams option for crating the team for the approval.
2) Account team Approve Flow view.
Select Approve Flow from Account Team from there admin can set the flow for approval.
3) Invoices form view.
In invoices user can select the approve flow in Account Team. so for that invoice Account Team will be set as the Approve Flow and invoice get done as per flow.
4) User error view.
In the invoices the outsider(not from the account team)user confirms the invoice then user will get an error. so, invoice will done as per flow set. only users assign to approve invoice can approve the invoice. and all users approval is needed for make invoices POSTED.
