All in one Tag

The "All in One Tag" module allows users to efficiently manage tags for various processes, including Sales Quotations, Purchase Requests for Quotations, Inventory Transfers, CRM Pipelines, and Accounting documents (invoices, credit notes, debit notes, bills, and refunds). Users can easily search and classify records through tags, and the module also features a mass tagging capability.

Features

Tag Search and Filter:

Search and filter Sales Orders, Quotations, Purchase RFQs, Inventory Transfers, and Accounting documents by tags.

Mass Tagging:

Quickly assign default or selected tags to multiple records simultaneously.

Tag Visibility Control:

Enable or disable tag fields across different views, such as list and kanban.

1) Quotation TAG search view:

User can search for tags from the search view in the quotation. The search tags result in the quotation.

User can filter the sale Order/quotation with tags.

Here user can see the TAGs in Sales quotation kanban view also.

Here, user can enable/disable tags fields in the quotation List view.

User can search for tags from the search view in the sale order. also can enable/disable the tag column in the sales order list view.

Mass tag feature

6) Settings view:

Here user can see the Default Sales Tags that are made within the CRM tags, user can select the tags here for specific module like sales, purchase etc..!

7) Users view:

Here in specific user, a person with the rights can enable option for the Mass TAG. so that user will be able to select all the default tags for the sales.

8) Quotations view:

Here when the user with mass tag right, create the quotation then the all tag that are default, will automatically be added to that quotation.

9) Quotation Mass tag updating view:

Select the records from the list view and click "Update Mass Tag" to update the tags to selected tag.

10) Pop for Updating Mass Tag view:

After taking action on the selected record, the wizard opens, selects update method and tags, then press the "Done" button to update tags.

12) Purchase RFQ view:

Same for the purchase request for Quotation, user can update the mass tags or actions that we take for the sales quotation.

13) Inventory Transfers view:

Here user can see the same functionality for the inventory transfers. Default tags or mass tags that are selected by the user get added to the selected records. and the same for the Accounting and CRM.
