Attendance Manual Entry
The Attendance Manual Entry app allows you to manually record attendance for employees in Odoo. It provides an easy-to-use interface for adding attendance entries, either for all employees or selected ones. The app also allows you to handle absences and generate attendance records efficiently without duplicates.

Features
Manual Attendance Entry:
Allows users to enter attendance for employees manually. You can select the date range, start time, and end time to register the attendance.
Attendance Generation:
You can generate attendance records for a specific date range and for all employees or selected ones.
Absent Employee Management:
The app enables you to mark employees as absent for specific dates, preventing attendance generation for them.
Duplicate Entry Prevention:
Ensures that duplicate attendance records are not created for any date.
Filtering Manual Entries:
Manual attendance entries can be filtered to distinguish between regular and manually added entries.

1) Adding Attendance Entries:
Enter attendance for employees by selecting a date range and start/end times for check-in and check-out. Choose to add for specific employees or all employees.
Navigation : Attendances → Manual Attendance Entries.

2) Selecting Date Range, Start Time, and End Time:
Choose the date range and set start and end times for the check-in and check-out records.

3) Selecting Employees:
You can choose to add attendance for specific employees or for all employees. If you want to select all employees, use the Select All Employees option.

4) Handling Absent Employees:
Mark employees as absent on specific dates to prevent attendance records from being generated for them. Multiple employees can be marked absent for the same date.

5) Generating Attendance Records:
After selecting employees and dates, click "Generate Attendance" to create records. Duplicate attendance entries won't be created for already existing dates.

6) Filtering Manual Entries:
To filter out manually added attendance entries, use the filter option and select Add using Manual Entries. This allows you to view only those records that were manually entered.
