1) Settings View
Enable 'Request For Quotation Cancelled After (Days)'. Once this option is ticked, a new field will appear. Enter the number of days after which Request for quotations should be automatically cancelled.
Navigation : Purchase → Configuration → Settings
2) Sceduled Actions View
The system runs at its scheduled time and automatically cancels request for quotations that meet the configured criteria.
